• All monies will be refunded if a two month (60 days) notice is received.
• All payments forfeited if reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to reservation date unless vacancy is filled in which case all monies will be refunded

Rate Schedule
(Effective January 1, 2006)

Weekend: 
Friday 3PM --- Sunday 10AM

• $50.00 per person per night
• $200.00 per night minimum
• 50% Deposit at time of reservation

Weekly
Sunday 3PM --- Sunday 10AM

•  $1400.00 per week - Up to 10 People
• Additional People : $75.00/person/week
• $400 deposit at time of reservation

Weekdays
Sunday 3PM --- Friday 10AM

• $50.00 per person per night

• $200.00 per night minimum

• Minimum:  2 nights

• 50% Deposit at time of reservation
